Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity or at the player's own request — any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
Players who wish to close their kkfb account voluntarily can do so by contacting kkfb support. Requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules before the account is closed.
